This document provides answers to frequently asked questions about the store portal functionality.

FAQ 1:  My customer has a Synchrony account but when I search the portal doesn’t show it.

ANSWER:  Your customer application may have been submitted outside of the store portal so you need to do a Synchrony lookup in the store portal or the payment portal. 

 

FAQ 2:  Why do I have to select to Stay In & Continue OR Logout & Continue

ANSWER: This is a security feature.
