How to reset progressive password account ?

Step 1:

Double-click the Daniel’s Portal icon located on your desktop.

Step 2:

Click on login to the progressive portal.

Step 3:

Type your store email in the email textbox.

Step 4:

Click on the forgot password text below the sign-in button.

Step 5:

Open the store email by double-clicking the SMC_MAIL icon on your desktop.

Step 6:

Find the progressive password reset email and click the reset password blue button.

Step 7:

Type your new progressive password and click on the reset button.

Ensure the new progressive password follows the same parent: Daniels#@ where the # is the next number. Example:

• Daniels1@, Daniels2@, Daniels3@ …

Step 8:

Go to Daniel’s Portal and login into progressive with the new password.

• Share the new password with the rest of your team.
